What do vegans eat?

People sometimes tell me that they want to be vegetarian or vegan but they don’t know what to eat. And I suppose that shouldn’t come as a surprise to me because I remember after making the decision to go vegan, the amount of food in the supermarket that I couldn’t eat was staggering. But I soon figured out that this food I couldn’t eat was just the canned, packaged and processed food (‘processed’ is the word we use when we allow corporations to cook for us) and that there was actually a lot of stuff I could eat.

There are a lot of vegan food blogs with amazing pictures of food and incredibly intricate recipes. But what do lazy vegans eat day to day? I took lazy photos of all the stuff that I eat with my iPhone, and here they are. This is what this lazy vegan, who isn’t particularly good at cooking, eats.

Note that if you are vegetarian then you would be able to eat what’s pictured here and more.
